[Resolved] Admin bar showing for all users, site is not working

I launched this site, http://davidaellis.me/, a couple of months ago. It was working fine when I launched it. Tonight, the client told me the site is broken, so I went to check it out.

The admin bar seems to have a broken link in it – see where it says “Edit/a>”? I don’t know how to fix this as it seems to be part of the admin bar and not the theme I created. But it is affecting the way the site works because none of the navigation links now seem to work.

    Tried updating to 3.4.2 – didn’t help.

Also, the test site that I built on my own personal site when I was learning how to make a theme still works properly: http://joshuadbrown.com/wordpress/. That site is still running 3.4.1 and it is not exhibiting the same problem as the live one.

I deactivated everything, unpublished all the pages, reverted to a default theme, re-installed the update, and started putting everything back one piece at a time. Lo and behold, the site works again!
