Do you have active ‘WooCommerce’ at this site?

No we do not… I saw the posts relating to that but we do not – nor ever have – had it installed on there.
Here is what we have activated:

I followed up with the Estatik people as I suspected it may be their plugin since I have these others running on many other sites together and have never seen this behavior.
Thanks in advance for any ideas to try.
Just assumption. URE has additional option ‘Hide admin bar’ for every role. Check if it is not turned ON suddenly for your roles.
Hi, I have the same issue. We are using Avada theme and User role editor, and non-admin roles only see the site’s normal page without any admin toolbars or dashboards. Hide admin bar is not turned on for the roles.

Double-checked and that is not selected for any roles. Ironically that site also uses Avada theme. Perhaps some conflict with the newer version? (there are no options in Avada for admin bar visibility) I have the combo of URE and Avada on a handful of other sites and have not noticed the bar disappear for roles less than full Administrator. Additionally, I have tried creating several new user roles that have ALL Administrator privileges with just different names (“webmaster”, “admin”, etc), but the bar is still missing.

Any chance to get a copy of the latest Avada theme for testing?
If it’s possible, send a download link to support [at-sign] role-editor.com
I install such products at a local environment and for testing purpose only.

I just realized my site is actually on ENFOLD – and I went ahead and brought it fully up to date (there was a new update the end of Feb) but still having same issue (however I own both themes so I can send you both if you would like them for testing? Just let me know).
I got the files. Thanks for your help. I will return with results of my tests.
I tested with both themes and can not repeat the issue.
Milla, do you use WooCommerce?
No, we don’t. Now I disabled the URE and still the admin bar is not shown. So the problem must be elsewhere, but I can’t figure out where. Thanks for your help anyway!
General way to find a reason of a problem:
Deactivate all plugins. If problem was gone, re-activate plugins back one by one with re-testing until problem will appear again to isolate a conflicting code.
