Admin Bar Appearing In Footer with no CSS?

    Today while working on http://www.ait.com the admin bar suddenly dropped to the bottom of the page with no working CSS. I have neither removed nor added any code or CSS and I’m very confused.

    Can anyone help?

    Do you mean the admin bar that you see only when logged in?

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
