[Resolved] Admin bar

  • Any admin bar edits work well on the admin pages but all options are shown when viewing the site. For example, I changed “Howdy” to “Welcome”. While on the dashboard it displays “Welcome” but while viewing the site it displays “Howdy”. Same behavior with the “Left side” edits.

Thank you for an excellent and well coded plugin.

    Hi CedarPointConcepts,

This plugin is work on the admin pages.
Admin bar settings is choose show or hidden for the Front pages(site).

Setting of choice is this page.
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_admin_ui_customize_setting_site

I will think to edit the admin bar for front pages.
    Thank you for your inquiry.

Thanks for the response. It would be helpful for admin bar changes to show on the front end also. There is not much use in editing the admin bar if all a user has to do is switch to the front end to see the missing options. I was aware of the setting to hide the admin bar but I would rather not.

Thank you for considering extending the admin bar changes to the front end and for your excellent support of your plugin. I was able to replace three separate plugins and some custom code I wrote on the site I was using this plugin.
