Admin Backend drop menu not showing all of a sudden ?

    Hi, Im using WP 3.3.1 and this site has been there for 2 years now.

    Never had a problem. Uses w3 total cache and no problem.

    It was all good until yesterday, but today I see, the admin drop menu are not showing.

    You can see in the screenshot, when I hover on POSTS , nothing shows up on the animated drop menu. Just no menu at all.

    What can be the reason ?

    How do we debug this ?
