Sounds like you don’t have your access level set accordingly. Are you the admin/main user?
The site is up and running fine, just can’t work in admin area.

Ok, a little more to the story:
2 days ago GoDaddy was down and none of my domains worked for approx 36 hours. I got them to get all my sites working again yesterday.
I also talked with them re: the problem with this one site, all the other sites seem to be OK.

Just to let you know
After talking with GoDaddy we did discover the problem. I had installed a plug-in a short time ago, and although it didn’t cause the problem for some time, When I de-activated the plugin, my site came back to normal.
Thanks for all your support and suggestions. Appreciate it.
Ok, I see the file now. I didn’t get that before. I will contact GoDaddy with it and follow up.
Before I go to GoDaddy, I have deactivated the WP-popup plugin. Can you see if it still shows up?
