    hello Author,

    After update to version 3.12.1 whenever I press metaslider in the admin, I go to the list my slides but after less than 1sec I see the blank page!

    Kind regards,
    Rahim

    Hi @rahimvaziri

    deleteSlideshow is a function that was added about 2 months ago. I’m not sure why that function wouldn’t be there but the first thing I would try is to clear any server caching mechanism you have. Clear your browser cache too or check it in a new incognito browser. You could also try to delete and reinstall MetaSlider.

    It doesn’t sound like it, but it could be a conflict with another plugin. You could try to disable all others and see if that fixes it.

    You could also open the file and search to make sure that function is actually there. http://prntscr.com/n24ljc

    Let me know what you discover

    Hi @kbat82

    Thank you for your fast reply.

    I tried disabling all installed plugin except Metaslider and activate them one by one.

    The issue cause from WP Bakery Page Builder.

    After activating that I get the errors in the console and less than a second my slides in the dashboard disappears.

    What can I do for this?

    Hi @rahimvaziri

    I’ll try to install it and see if I can reproduce it but I need a day or two. I’m not sure they need to be running any code on our plugin page so you might want to let them know as well. I’ll try to follow up tomorrow.

    Hi @rahimvaziri

    Sorry for the delay. I installed the plugin and I see an error with Beaver Builder on every page.

    > Error: Call to undefined function get_available_post_mime_types()

    Which is a WP function they seem to be calling too early perhaps. If this is failing silently on your installation then it might be stopping other scripts from loading. You can tell WP to show more errors by adding this to your wp-config.php file:

    define('SAVEQUERIES', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);
    define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', true);

    You might also want to inform them of the issue as well.

    Hi @kbat82

    The interesting matter is that when I login via other user as a Editor, I can access the slideshows and there is no error.

    But when I switch to Admin role, Because of these console errors, less than a second my slideshows in the dashboard disappears!

    I didn’t have this issue before.

    Hi @rahimvaziri

    Did you add the additional debugging constants to wp-config.php? That might give more insight. After that you can check the log files, or you might see an error on the screen.

    Sorry for the delay. I installed the plugin and I see an error with Beaver Builder on every page.

    Beaver Builder does not use the get_available_post_mime_types() function.

    Hi @pross,

    You’re right. I’m not sure why that error is happening and I see it even when I disable MetaSlider.

    Here’s the stack trace. https://gist.github.com/KevinBatdorf/07ee5b3e4b92f00a61da530d9acc0f55

    I’m using an edge version of WP. I’ll see if I can reproduce it on a stable release.

    Anyway, @rahimvaziri, if you have a chance and can enable debugging I can help debug any errors that appear.

    Im seeing no issue with 5.2-alpha-45004, let me know what you find.

    Hi @kbat82

    After changing the wp-config.php, the slideshows do not disapper like before.
    I see the message Redux v4 Beta: We Need Your Help! that comes from WP Mail Logging plugin and these are the screenshots:

    But after disabling the debug and and reverting the wp-congif.php, after loading the metaslider dashboard, the slideshows disappear again and as I said, I have these errors in the console:

    Hi @rahimvaziri,

    If you remove the debugging constants form wp-config does the issue return? Maybe it fixed itself? Usually enabling debug mode breaks more.

    The message from the redux plugin looks harmless.

    If the problem persists after removing the debug constants you should try to disable all plugins again, then enable only metaslider and wp bakery. Then check if everything works with just those two enabled. Then enable other plugins one by one.

    It might be another plugin in conflict with WP Bakery. I can install those two and attempt to debug.

    Just read your second message after I replied. Try to follow the steps I listed to isolate the issue further. Thanks
