Admin area disabled—-cannot login

    Have recently installed wordfence!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Message recieved is :- WordPress administrator area access disabled temporarily due to widespread brute force attacks.

    The lockout has continued for 24hrs.
    Most of the reported attacks seem to be from search bot msn (Bing)
    How do I fix this problem?

    How do I regain access to my admin???
