Admin approves submission, but wrong badge is awarded

    Hello,

    We have encountered an odd problem. I seem to remember seeing this same problem happening to someone else on the forum a year ago, but now can’t find it.

    A user submits information in the submission box for an achievement. The achievement is set to “Submission reviewed”. Then when an admin approves the submission, the system grants the user a totally different achievement. That achievement is set to “Submission auto-accepted”. I tried approving the initial achievement again, and that time I got the correct achievement awarded.

    The two achievements are not even the same achievement type and were created about a year apart. No idea why it is getting confused here. Help.

    I can’t recall offhand any previous issue with this, but it’s definitely odd. That said, I don’t have any idea at the moment why it would happen.

    Are you able to recreate the issue multiple times or was it a one time thing?
