    Is it possible to have admin approval for registrations using Membership2
   plugin ? thank you.

 * Unfortunately M2 doesn’t have this option but perhaps plugins like these would
   work for you:

 * I tried these two plugins but unfortunately when the Admin approves the user’s
   registration, the user doesn’t appear as part of the membership he did select
   to register into.

 * Can you try downloading the add-on I linked below, unzip it and place it in your
   wp-content/plugins/membership/app/addon/
    After this you will see new User Activation
   add-on under Membership 2 > Add-ons.
 * Once activated you will see Membership 2 > Unapproved Users panel where you can
   approve users that registered for free membership.
 * Please note that this is not official add-on so it’s not guaranteed to work and
   we can’t offer support for it.
