• Hi,
I have a problem with wordpress website, front of the site is working normally, tho I can’t access dashboard, I have a blank page after navigating to the /wp-admin/, after entering to /wp-login.php I’ve managed to login but still it redirected me to /wp-admin/ which is blank.
I’ve checked and renamed plugins folders via ftp,
deleted themes and reupload themes, and even reupload wp-admin directory on server.

this is log my admin gave me.

request to admin-ajax.php maybe it’s related:

  • Hello,

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Mate have you read my thread? I’ve wrote that I had done all those things already, looking for some guidance about admin-ajax.php

    Hello,

I apologize if I misunderstood you. Based on the http://pastebin.com/N5Ht8kXb error you provided. It seems to look like an issue with your theme or maybe I was wrong.

Yeah you are correct it should be theme related but I’ve changed theme via WP-CLI to twentyFifteen and it still blank dashboard.. have to be something else

    Hello,

If that’s the case, lets do it the hard way. Before you proceed, I would suggest you to backup everything just in case anything goes wrong. Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

    Regards

    KC
