    Today I saw this and I wonder what it is? I have never seen this before.
   Is there anything I should block? IP number recipe from Chile any university.

 * I use StopSpammer and it was there I saw this.

 * I too, have this question. I have no real idea as to why this one ip number gets
   to claim that it is “Options-General” … I deleted the Good ip cache, and then,
   a couple minutes later, it came back and got a direct allow admin-ajax.php?

 * I blocked it in .htaccess-file. Do you have an .htacess-file?
