Admin account keeps losing admin privileges

My administrative account keeps losing admin privileges. My webmaster will activate the privileges, and I have access to all the options when I login. The following day, my admin account will have limited privileges and all the options will not be available. I don’t seem to be doing anything to make this happen. I post a message as admin, shut my computer down, boot it up the next day, and my privileges are gone. Why is this happening? How can I stop this from happening? Thank you.

By the way, I am using the wordpress amember plug-in.
