    My site giveawaygator.com
    Theme Graphene
I just did the most reason WP update but after that I made some changes to a post and gout out of admin. now I can't get back into admin.
when I try to go to the dash this URL comes up. http://giveawaygator.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fpost-new.php

I signed out and signed back in and atempted to get to the dash from + New, Post but again failed to get back there and this URL came up http://giveawaygator.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fpost-new.php
I typed in http://giveawaygator.com/wp-admin/ and got this URL http://giveawaygator.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F
Typed this in http://giveawaygator.com/wp-admin and got this url http://giveawaygator.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F
    so....any ideas?

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress.

    Try:
    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme's folder inside wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress.

    - running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
