 * If I will access mysite.com/wp-admin, I will be redirected to the login page 
   even though I’m already logged in. but if it’s going to be mysite.com/wp-admin/
   i can access the admin cpanel instantly without being redirected to the login
   page.
 * is it really like that?

 * There is bug in (WP2.0) wp-login.php which stops it redirecting.
