# Adjusting Ticket Post Layout

 * Is there a general setting to adjust the page layout of tickets posted by a support
   user? Trying to remove the side bars so it loads at full width. I was able to
   adjust the default pages but not the layout for the tickets posted.

 * You would need to change the templating so that you can customize your ticket
   pages:

   are preparing for the next release.
