 * or do I need to stick with joomla?
 * Also does WordPress have a photo album that slides the images from right to left?

 * Sure. You can adjust anything to look like anything… but why buy a theme that
   is so far from the look you want?

 * Different background. Different sidebar. Different tabbed navigation bar. Different
   fundamental markup structure actually. But knock yourself out. There _are_, however,
   many themes out there that are much closer to the look you want.
