    Hi,

If you want display the form into half size of page, you only should insert the shortcode inside a <div> tag with the style attribute like follow:

    <div style="width:50%;">shortcode here</div>

Please, be sure to select the text tab in your page's editor, or the symbol "<" will be replaced by < and the ">" symbol by >

    Best regards.

    Hi,

That occurs because you have not selected the "text" tab in the content editor before insert the <div> tags, as I've indicated in the previous entry (look the screenshot http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/images/screenshot/screenshot_2014-09-02.png). If you don't select the text tab, the symbols < and > will be replaced by its HTML representation.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

The link navigates to a 404 Error, page not found.

Could you check the link, please?

Please, be sure you have not sent me a link to a page preview, the pages previews are accessible only for logged users.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

As I said in the previous entry, the <div> tag was inserted with the "visual" tab selected in the content editor of page.

If you want, I can insert the tags correctly in you page, but I will need the WordPress access. (Use my support page for sending sensitive information http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support)

I don't know if you can access to the following link:

    http://demos.net-factor.com/calculated-fields-form/?page_id=21

I've set the shortcode inside a <div> tag adjusted to the 50% of page's content

    Best regards.
