Hi there,
Have you tried each of the ‘Image cropping’ options in the Advanced Settings.
The ‘Disabled (Smart Pad)’ option allows for both landscape and portrait images without cropping.
There’s more information on cropping here:
https://www.metaslider.com/documentation/image-cropping/
Thanks,
Dave
Thank you!!!! I did it!!! But the problem now is the space between each image. I can write the px, but it doesn’t matter if it’s 5px or 20px, there’s always the same space (And it’s too much). How can I fix this?
Thank’s Dave

Hi Nu,
Do you have a link to your site so I can see the issue?
Thanks,
Dave
Hi,
No. I’m working in localhsot, so I can not show you.
Maybe I can send you an screenshot?
Thank’s
Nu
Hi Nu,
A screenshot might help yes, but because we won’t be able to inspect the code we might not be able to find the cause of the issue.
Thanks,
Dave
Ok, I have some screenshots. How can I send you?
Thank you
Nu
Hi Nu,
You could upload the screenshots to WordPress or use an online screenshot hosting tool?
Thanks,
Dave
Hi, I attach the link: http://postimg.org/gallery/1ds4ircuy/
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
Nu
Hi,
can you see the link? Is there anybody who can help me please?
Thank you
Nu
Hi Nu,
Each slide in a carousel will always be the same width, so the white space is the effect of ‘smart page’.
Regards,
Tom
Hi Tom,
Can’t I delete the white space between each picture in “disable smart pad” mode? I mean, I would like to keep the height, not the width. I want to show each picture with the same height in carousel, but with a normal space between them.
Rg,
Nu
