Adjust marketing (Ads) cookie permissions

I have created two categories for consent confirmation: analytical cookies and marketing cookies.. I have integrated analytics cookies consent with tag manager thanks to your support video in the link below. (Consent Mode v2, 5.method)
since the custom html tag is for activating selected cookies… we have two categories of cookies analytics and ads cookies.
shouldn’t we add ad_storage as well as analytics_storage in the tag configuration permission settings? Only analytics_storage has been added in the video. ad_storage not added.
Secondly;
After the user gives permission to Google Analytics cookies, I think the Google Analytics-GA4 tag we created collects data. Let’s say we created a Google Ads campaign. Is there a video or guide to create the tag that collects ads ad data when Google Ads advertising permission is given?
