ADI Bulk Import security group importing entire OU

    Hi. I’m trying to import the members of a particular Global Security Group. I’m finding that when I import the group I get all users in the OU that the users reside in.

    Instead of getting 1011 users (the group membership) I get all 2800 users in the OU, and they’re in two different sub-containers. I need to be able to allow logins from users in multiple OU’s so my base dn is dc=domain,dc=com.

    Is there something i’m missing that I need to do to only import the group members, and not all the other users in that container?

    Haha…just kidding.

    Here’s what I did to rectify

    I moved the security group to the same OU as the users and now it properly creates only those users in the Word Press users list.

    It still goes through all of the users in the OU, but only creates the group members.
