Adelle Theme: no theme options available

    Hello!
    I’m using the Adelle theme (version 14.10) for my Blog, but still can’t add the social profiles.
    I read in the support forum I could add them under “Appearance > Customize > Theme Options” but there aren’t any theme options. How can I fix it? (Sorry, but I’m new with all this html and css stuff.)
