not sure where to put this thread since I do not know how advanced to problem is.
Anyway, my WordPress theme Adelle (http://www.bluchic.com/shop/adelle-theme) seems to add “http://Website” to the website field where readers comment on posts. This is added also if nothing is written in the field, which make all the comments end up in my spamfolder – even though they are valid.
I do get a lot of actual spam, so this is a “big” issue, since I have to go through all spam to look for valid comments…
Also, when looking at the comments on each blog post, every name of the one who have left a comment will appear as a link (even though there should be none).
I have tried to localize this in comments.php but without success. This is what the actual field looks like in comments.php:
<input type="text" name="url" class="comment-text" title="<?php _e('Website','ace'); ?>" value="<?php echo $comment_author_url; ?>" size="22" tabindex="4" />

How do I remove the “http://Website”?
Grateful for any help I can get!
