    Hi… please help this error
I am using woocommerce to Facebook plugin in Facebook pixel now my pixel showing many error
i attach my status report url pleas help fixing this error..
You’re sending AddToCart events through both your pixel and the Conversions API, but they’re not being deduplicated properly because not enough of these events are receiving an event_id parameter. Event instances sent without an event_id parameter cannot be deduplicated.

    Hi @mazalk

Some initial problem-solving steps are as follows:

    * check that your pixel is connected
    * check for related to browser extensions blocking user agent and IP address (ie ad blockers)
    * enable debug logging and see if you are getting any obviously errors

Facebook have a browser tool called Pixel Helper which lets you see all of the events etc which are taking place on a site.

    https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/support/pixel-helper/

When you browse the site using this tool do you see any warnings wihtin the pixel helper when adding products to cart, proceeding through checkout etc?

This is reported on GitHub for the developers to take a closer look at:

I check that using pixel helper its showing just AddToCart event. The value for ‘currency’ is not formatted correctly. We were expecting a currency code without currency symbol (e.g. “USD”)
My country currency in LKR How to fix this?
and Error showing amp url event how to fix this amp error?

    Hi @mazalk

First, make sure you’re updated to the latest version of the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin.

If you still experience issues, it may be that your currency is not supported. If your WooCommerce default currency is not on this list, some folks have had success temporarily changing their currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterward. However, this isn’t an officially recommended workaround so we can’t guarantee that it will work.
