Make sure all the Placement options are enabled in Settings > AddToAny.
With AddToAny activated (looks installed but deactivated on your site currently), try temporarily switching to a default theme such as TwentySeventeen to see if it shows on posts on your /club-news/ page.
The issue may stem from that page’s “page builder” not allowing plugins to hook into post content. Look into how to enable that functionality with the page builder.
I may have a similar issue. AddtoAny was showing but now it is not. I am using a child theme of Twenty Seventeen but now when I go back and activate Twenty Seventeen I still do not see the share buttons.

@bnol The AddToAny buttons are actually showing on your site, so troubleshoot your browser/device/connection.
Thanks. I was viewing the page in Firefox’s Private Browsing mode (so it would not recognize my saved blog credentials). The buttons still do not show up in that mode. They do show up in Firefox’s standard mode and in Chrome’s private mode.
@bnol That’s to be expected in Firefox’s Private Browsing mode because it filters out major social buttons by default.
