WCK has been a proven plugin for us for a number of sites. It’s a simple all-in-one solution with a wide variety of built-in field types. Very simple setup!

The core plugin is already powerful but becomes even more so with the addition of the paid version. Swift Templates really allows flexibility to later switch themes and not lose access to custom CMS data such as Custom Fields, Custom Post Types and Taxonomies.
