Adds product itself

I have installed the free version of this plugin. This completely does what it should do for my page, except that it adds products by itself and keeps customers from deleting the products in the shopping cart.

Not all customers have this problem, but this evenening 3 people send me a message that they could not get it working.

Can you please help us, to get that away?

hi Meg

yes, we know about this problem.
but we work over new major updated, so no fixes in next 2-3 weeks.

You can use “package rule” and mode “Split”.
See 3rd example in https://algolplus.com/plugins/woocommerce-pricing-rules-examples/#package-rules

Thank you so much Alex, I thought I was going crazy. I will have a look with the thing you wrote me. I hope that works, as for the next 3 weeks.

Is this ‘bug’ fixed in the major update?

I hope yes, but I can’t promise.
main problem – we have really long todo.

for free products – we should allow to select gifts for customers, not only reject them.

Do you think the paid version has the same problem, or will it be gone then?

I made a ticket, and I don’t understand:

main problem – we have really long todo.

for free products – we should allow to select gifts for customers, not only reject them.

I tried with the split, but sadly it does the same, maybe even worse. So I will just turn the plugin off until an update has been done.

No, as paid version uses same core/logic.
