Adds footer, hidden function

Its actually crazy that they would create a footer promoting their plugin on your website without knowlage. The crazy thing is that they added a function to hide it whenever you are logged in as admin, so at first you dont even see it 🙂 *its on their expanded version since wordpress repository blocks plugins like that.
