• You have to upgrade to premium to get any options. I mean this plugin has ZERO options to customize. It isn’t very attractive out of the box, only works with rectangular images that are all the same size, has dots and arrows that can’t be removed. It does allow you to choose how many items to show, but that is the same on mobile and desktop. It is really just a demo, but it isn’t very convincing. It is more of an ad to get into the repo honestly.

I gave it two stars because it works, but it isn’t useful.

    Thank @jcow for your feedback.

I appreciate your inputs and I get your perspective as well 🙂

I will put down my perspective on this. The plugin functionality isn’t broken and provides functionality to get a working carousel. Many of the users are currently using the free plugin and haven’t made an upgrade as they don’t need it.

The extent of the functionality provided in free vs premium is subjective and I highly appreciate your input on that.

Premium plugin is for those who want it. I don’t actively seek out anyone to upgrade to premium. Those who find value in the added functionality and want to incentivize me to maintain and enhance the plugin functionality make the purchase on their own will 🙂

    Have a great weekend

    Regards
    Jayant
