“Addresses” in My Account is impossible to translate

Hi,

I have updated the WooCommerce plugin and translations. After that, I was missing “Addresses” line in “My Account” menu. I have uploaded Polish translation file manually from repository, after that i have synced it with Loco Translate. “Addresses” appeared, but it is impossible to translate this string. It was marked as “Fuzzy” in Loco Translate. I have translated it and saved, but it is still in English (site uses polish translation). How to fix it?

The same problem that I encountered in translating titles, the title string does not appear in the translation

To translate “Address” in “My Account” I used the method with label replacement via functions.php (https://wpti.ps/how-to-add-remove-or-customize-any-link-from-my-account-menu-in-woocommerce/?fbclid=IwAR2ar_XxHhX-fmAoUCDzZzg5q27V-uLntkfAlOC_eVDhw3PfwAAqFv_IjLQ#How_to_remove_any_link_from_My_Account_menu_in_woocommerce_with_code).

However, this is a workaround and will only work here, nor will it work for pages in more than one language.

Hi there @arbooz and @shakoor99

As I understand, this might be connected with the GitHub issue reported here.

Due to that reason, the difficulty with translating the string arises, from what I gather.

Could you both, please, verify what version of WooCommerce you are currently running on your stores and if you were facing this issue with a previous version?

I have WooCommerce 7.3.0

In previous version, it was no problem with this string.

As mentioned by Pepe above that this was already reported as an open bug for translated sites.
