Address Not Saving in Database

Hello,

The Address is not saving to the database, when adding a new address after clicking on save button it remains on the same page does not show any success message, tried to debug in console but no errors shown, no warnings shown. already added primary shipping address but other shipping addresses does not saved in the database, tried to disable plugins themes, but its not saving address to the databases. Please, can you help to resolve this?
