# Address modification in order process

 * Hi,
 * I am lauching my e-commerce website and I have an issue : when a customer has
   already completed his adress with all the fields, when he wants to order a new
   item, well in the process, if he wants to modify the address, they are only “
   country” and “zip code” that appear : the first name/last name, street field 
   don’t appear.
 * How can I resolve it ?

 * By default, all address details and fields should always appear in the checkout
   process. If they only see Country and Zip code, it’s possible that another plugin
   may be causing this.
 * Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by
   going to your admin Dashboard and select **WooCommerce → Status**.
 * From there, select “**Get system report**” and then “**Copy for support**“. Once
   you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.
