Address issues – fields not clearing following previous customer

Hi… I’ve received the following message from a customer of my woocommerce shop. It seems that this has happened a couple of times now to different customers. It appears that shipping information is not clearing on occasions. I’m not sure if this is an abandoned order issue or something else. I’m sure it’s an easy fix, can anyone point me in the direction of a setting that may need changing. (The previous order in the shop was made by a customer from France).
Message: I am trying to place an order and when I get through to the make payment screen it calculates the shipping amount for me being in France! I\’m definitely not! 🙂
If you can tell me how to get around this that would be great.Thanks in advance for any assistance.
