 * Would you add individual address editing screen instead of all of them at once?
   
   We are developing wholesale shop that users have dozens of addresses of their
   customers. Editing all address at once is pain. Or at least if each address are
   collapsible box that is collapsed by default. So easy to manage. Also Its better
   if I can add title to each address.
 * I wonder if you have plan to sell premium version.
    There was only one premium
   item on CodeCanyon other than WooThemes official one. But they stop selling it.
   Premium version that updates more frequent and sustainable for you is welcome
   to me.

 * I have recently downloaded and installed this plugin after MANY google searches
   not bringing anything up!!
 * I am wondering with the multiple addresses whether you can display them on the
   shipping/billing screen as selectable boxes so that the user/account holder can
   just select their address they want to deliver to? A bit like Amazon or Screwfix
   as you go through the cart process.
