Address bar showing IP instead domain

    Hello everyone.

    I have an old question for writing the blog.
    I had read the related forum but the problem didn’t solve. Does anyone can show me the method.

    My blog original IP is: http://173.254.66.29/~blockzer
    And my purchased domain is: http://www.block09.net

    I had put the domain to dashboard website URL, but the address bar still showing the IP instead of the domain. My domain is purchased from Godaddy and the storage of blog is Bluehost.

    Please help me to fix it.
