Address and phone number not showing in Mailchimp

    Hello,

    I just installed (and synced) this plugin so that I can segment my Mailchimp audience by purchase activity in the future. It works, but only takes name and email address over to Mailchimp on checkout. How can I ensure it also takes the address and phone fields?

    I’m using Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce for my checkout fields. Please help asap.

    @page52 if you’re using custom merge tags on your list members, you’ll have to make use of our custom order hook or the custom user hook to populate the merge tags you’re trying to segment with.

    The e-commerce data should be there and visible on your members, but as far as the main features of Mailchimp and getting help with your account, I would just open up a chat while you’re logged in to get the help you need there. They have an excellent support team ready for all of your questions and are much better versed in how to assist with things like this.
