Addon – Reply just get blank screen

    I have installed a plugin “advanced cf7 db” and purchased the addon “Advanced CF7 DB – Reply Back”, but the reply back plugin is not working. I installed it as per instructions on a new wordpress install. It is supposed to let you reply back to a the contact 7 form submission however the plugin screen never loads. Is there any advice you could give?
