# Addon plugin for comments

 * How difficult would it be to build a plugin that could extend this one to also
   send push notifications for comments? I understand that [OneSignal has determined this is beyond the scope](https://github.com/OneSignal/OneSignal-WordPress-Plugin/issues/47)
   of what they want to build, but their platform says unlimited and free, and they
   have an API, so… it should be possible, right?
 * The way I see it, site admins could configure the addon one of 3 ways:
    1. Send all notifications to all subscribers. Should be pretty easy to build, but
       would very annoying for big sites.
    2. Send top-level notifications to authors. I feel like this, too, should be fairly
       easy to do, since Authors are known users.
    3. Option 2 and send notifications to commenters when someone replies to them. 
       This one seems quite difficult to me. Is it possible?
