addon option not coming in backend

    hello, i buy addon DB Importer G2 and put it in addon folder but i can’t found add on option in my backend. when i click on activate in dashboard then there is no field to enter key to activate my addon.
    can you please tell me how can i use addon and import my excel file using import option
