Addon does not display on random products added to a category rule

    Hi,

    I am adding some categories to the display rule for a certain addon option.
    Some products from some categories display the addons in the product page, but some do not.
    If I search the product by title on the “Products to include” field, they can’t be found.
    If I add the product ID, they are found and I can add them.

    I think there is an issue here, and even if the products are on the category added in the Category rule, the addon is not displayed because the plugin “can’t find” the product?

    Can anyone help with this issue? We have about 1400 products, and adding them by ID it’s not doable…

    Hi there,

    Thank you letting us know your issue.

    In order to help you please share with us a screenshot of the configuration of the display rules and send us the link of a product that should have the addon, when I can also see that has the category you added to the addon rules.
