# Additional Video link

 * Hi. When I try to add an additional video link to my product, it gives an error

   I tried an instagram link and it didn’t work. Then youtube and again it didn’t
   work even though the link is correct and clickable.

   your product’s page is not working as expected.
 * Can you please share with us the step-by-step procedure on how did you add these
   links to your product’s page so that we could address you more effectively?

 * Furthermore, For us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand
   your site properly. Please share your **System Status Report** that you can find
   via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select `Get system report` and then `Copy for support`.
