Hi @dekz91
Thanks for reaching out!
We are sorry you are experiencing issues with ReCaptcha.
We recommend setting to ReCaptcha to the 1.0 (definitely a human) threshold to see if it stops the emails and allows users to log in successfully.
However, if the emails continue you may have to find an alternative reCAPTCHA solution that works with WP Everest or revert to the WP defaults.
Unfortunately, Wordfence’s Login/Registration Security methods such as ReCaptcha and 2FA are only supported on the standard WordPress and WooCommerce login and registration pages.
We are unfortunately unable to support custom login forms at this time.
Please let me know how it goes?
Thanks,
Joshua

Hi Joshua!
thanks for the fast reply, the user-registration form is under the default my account page. I enabled the “Run reCAPTCHA in test mode” and could see that they scored .9 in the table, should I put the threshold on .8? If I would put it on 1, would they be considered bots then?
*But I can also see that bots have started to register on the wp-admin page now when I enabled the test mode.
All best
Hi @dekz91
Sorry for the delay.
Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
Thanks,

Hi Joshua,
sorry for the late response, I have sent the report to the email above 🙂
All best
Hi @dekz91,
Sorry for the delay!
I took a look at your diagnostic and I can see that you are using the User Registration plugin,
Unfortunately, this plugin does have a conflict with Wordfence’s 2FA and ReCaptcha and causee both of them to break.
This could be why you are experiencing this issue.
I do suggest also setting the threshold at an 0.8 just in case as well.
Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Joshua
