Additional Users

Folks, just installed WordPress on a LocalHost. Used a Raspberry Pi (Headless) and have php, MariaDB and WordPress installed. Web interface comes up and I can access various functions as well as the ‘Hello World!’ practice page.

Before I proceed I’d just like to clarify, if I create an extra user is that for a different web site or does that merely allow them to co-operate on the same site?

Guessing no extra DataBases need to be created for any additional users.
