Additional shipping rates for certain products

Hello,

I have a shipping challenge I’m trying to solve.

Basically every product has a shipping class applied to it which works great, I also have an additional rate of $10 per item if the customer would like express shipping.

However, I have 2 products that are exceptionally heavy that I DO NOT want this Additional Rate to be available for.

Basically if the cart contains either of these 2 products, DO NOT make the additional rate available.

Is this possible without buying the $200 shipping extension?

Is there a function that could do this based on the product ID?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
