    Thanks for reporting it. I just checked the functionality in all versions of WP and not this extra info. I think instead of displaying it here, I can simply create an admin notice that plugin might not work, in case those two requirements are not fulfilled. Will provide an update by this week.

    Fixed the issue in release 2.2.1

    Now using admin notice to display that fix image rotation will not work when Exif extension is not loaded or exif_read_data function is disabled/does not exist.
