I have tested it with numerous plugins as I could not figure out which one, then I disabled one for till it was only courier guy left enabled, additional information disappears on product page. This seems to be affected by your plugin count and the theme itself. * We have managed to get this working on your site by deactivating ‘Ultimate FAQs– WordPress FAQ Plugin’ and activating our plugin.
