Hi guys,
first of all thanks for creating this awesome plugin. I have connected the plugin with a CF7 form and now want to add some additional fields to my Mailchimplist but somehow it doesn’t work. I followed the instructions on https://mc4wp.com/kb/send-additional-cf7-fields-mailchimp/ with the mc4wp-code.

Could it be because the field types are named different? F.e. in CF7 I have to use [tel mc4wp-PHONE], but in my Mailchimp list the type is called “phone”.

Would appreciate your help if you can.

Hello @antongr,

You seem to be on the right path. If a field in your MailChimp list is named “PHONE” and in the CF7 form it should be named “mc4wp-PHONE”.

If the details are still not being added, then head over to the “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and see if any errors are listed.

thanks for the quick reply. Problem is solved. I didn’t renew the MailChimp lists I think.

Works fine now. Again, thanks for the plugin!
