[Resolved] Additional Feature: Apply class to row if value met in child cell

  • Problem:
    I want to hide a row if a value appears in any of its child cells.

    Desired Effect:

    • Hide column containing the value, i.e. “admin-hide”
    • Hide row, if one of its children contains the value

    Doing this through javascript and applying a class is possible.

    However, adding this functionality would be invaluable for tables containing information that needs to be:

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the late answer. As I was on vacation, I didn’t have a chance to reply earlier.

    For the hiding idea, you could simply use the “Hide” button on the “Edit” screen of the table. But I agree that a solution to add CSS classes to rows based on the content in the row would be cool. This is possible by using a plugin filter hook. Unfortunately, I currently don’t have the time to work on this as free support at the moment.
