Additional extras on product dont update the final price

Hello there, I see that many users are having the same issue.

I add some extras on some cakes but when I add it on cart it gets only the product price without the extras. I have already disabled AJAX on woo commerce but issue persists.

This is a live system.

Please let me know how to proceed

I just saw that this is happening only on Variable products. The simple products work as expected.

let’s have an example https://emiscupcakes.com/product/wonderwoman/?attribute_pa_flavour=chocolate-cake-with-chocolate-strawberry-jam-buttercream&attribute_pa_servings=20-25

if you select the flavour and servings it will give you a price. When you add some candles it shows the final price but when you add it to cart it shows only the cake price without the price of candles.

Hi there,

Thanks for the example, I was able to see the issue.

In this case, I suggest you try to disable the all the plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin, and then check if the issue is solved.

If so, you will need to enable the plugins, one at a time, until you find the one causing the issues.

Indeed the issue was coming from ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price plugin. I disabled it and used another one to do my work… Its working like a charm now.
