• Hi there,
I’ve taken a liking to your plugin here.
I have developed a support ticket system plugin… but learned the hard way that using a shortcode is MUCH better to render the page output; rather then using a page template.

Anyways.. I’m busy working on other stuff.
I have a few requests/changes I’d like to see in your plugin.
Perhaps the PRO version already has these features.. I’m not sure.

I’m not using my WP site for users to register. The only users of my WP site are administrators. However, I have a plugin that sells “memberships” to certain pages. The members are stored in a separate db table from “wp_users”. Therefore, “members”… are essentially guests.

So.. it would be nice to differentiate “guests” by email. What I mean.. is using a unique email to identify guests.

    A. A guest comes along and enters their email.
    a. If email has not been used… continue.
    b. If email already exists… alert user… and request new email… once unique email is entered.. continue.

I know this isn’t the most elegant solution. But it would suffice for my purposes.

If this is not already available in your PRO.. and you are interested in developing this feature… we can speak on the side; or I can make a generous donation to your plugin.

    Thank you for the consideration!
